Doğan Aksoy
Co-Founder
Dogan Aksoy is a technology entrepreneur, investor, and operator with over 20 years of experience in digital advertising and programmatic media. He is the co-founder of AdTheorent, one of the first programmatic mobile advertising platforms in the United States, which went public on Nasdaq in 2021 and was successfully acquired in 2024.During his time at AdTheorent, Dogan built and led global operations across client services, ad operations, yield management, and data analytics—scaling the business from inception to over $80 million in revenue and a team of 200+ employees. His work helped deliver performance-driven advertising solutions to Fortune 500 brands and leading agencies in the US. Prior to founding AdTheorent, Dogan spent seven years at global media agencies including Havas Media and WPP, where he managed digital media strategy for major brands across CPG, healthcare, finance, and entertainment sectors.
Bahadır Külür
Co-Founder
Bahadır Külür graduated from Istanbul Technical University and later earned his MBA from the University of West Georgia, combining a solid academic foundation with an international perspective. With over 14 years of experience in digital marketing, he has partnered with numerous brands and managed high-impact campaigns, gaining deep expertise across every aspect of the digital ecosystem. Bahadır’s career reflects a steadfast commitment to transparency, innovation, and measurable impact. At Adpulse, he leverages his broad knowledge and hands-on experience to help brands navigate the fast-changing digital landscape, ensuring sustainable growth and meaningful audience connections.
